We believe that diverse teams enrich the work environment and allow ideas and experiences to converge into business solutions that cross various social contexts, reflecting on a more just society.
Our goal is for diversity actions, leveraged in 2021, to gain more and more space in the coming years. See some of our initiatives below:
- Training Program for Women in operation in the Wood and Ceramic Tiles divisions;
- Hiring Apprentices with a vision of diversity and inclusion;
- Training for employees on diversity and inclusion issues;
