We are the largest company producing industrialized wood panels in Brazil, a reference in the production of bathroom fixtures and fittings in the Southern Hemisphere and one of the largest manufacturers of ceramic tiles in the country. In the year 2023, we had great achievements, such as:

In 2023, we reached the middle of the cycle established for the goals and, therefore, we carried out a review of the Sustainability Strategy, which is necessary to establish the relevance, adherence, and viability of the targets, aligned with the Company's current business scenario, as well as the new socio-environmental circumstances of society. The review also included a cross-reference with the materiality matrix and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) that are priorities for Dexco.

In view of the achievement of the planned targets, or even changes to the Company's long-term Strategy, these goals will be monitored internally, with external reports through external publication calendars, so that its stakeholders can connect the actions to the Company's strategy in a perennial.
Commitments that have remained unchanged since their establishment in 2020, still connected with Dexco's agendas and new perspectives.
According to the updating of frameworks and standards in the ESG universe, as well as the scenarios in which we are inserted and the changes that have occurred in recent years, the Company sees the revisiting of some of the commitments assumed as a sign of maturity, with the aim of updating and bringing them closer to Dexco's reality.
Dexco understands this moment as an opportunity to not only be aligned with the best market practices, but to bring to light topics that are considered relevant to our activities, and which can demonstrate in a more objective way our commitment to these themes.
