The two-year Generation D Program is aimed at college students who want to tackle great challenges working with inspiring leaders that drive growth.
The whole learning process is designed to help interns grow throughout the program. To that end, we encourage collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation. They learn in practice by conducting projects and daily tasks (70%), which are overseen by counselors (20%), in addition to educational actions to develop skills and behaviors the job requires (10%).

DELAS is a program to attract and qualify female talents and whose goal is to develop women to take on first leadership positions, attracting talents internally and externally, integrating multi-businesses, and fast-tracking their careers.
The program is aimed at women with a college degree who are interested and experienced in industrial and related fields, and wish to develop their future capabilities.

The goal of Dextination is to attract and develop professionals with a digital mindset who are willing to take on a leading role and pursue high-performance results. We seek talents with potential to manage processes, projects or teams according to their profiles and opportunities by the program’s end. Our agenda focuses on Diversity and Inclusion, which is why part of our positions are set aside for women, black people, and disabled people. The goal of our apprentice program is to prepare young people and invest in their careers, valuing them and giving them opportunities to learn a profession, see how a company works day by day, and start their professional journey on solid ground.
To achieve full development, apprentices learn the theory with our partners, which are strategically selected to combine learning and hands-on work. Together, we build a complete, integrated program.
